Getting Into Routine

Yesterday's intelligence increasing exercises were composed of brain harmonics combined with pseudo telekinesis, draw-visual-harness exercise (a challenge even at beginner level) and some two and three N-back exercises, all totalling about an hour.  I'll go through the same routine today. Hopefully things won't become monotonous but there are more advanced levels in draw visual harness and N-back. The N-back game especially quickly becomes very challening to concentration and memory. Again I don't expect to wake up and be able to build an atomic bomb. But specifically after two or three months, I am expecting increased math ability, listening ability, reading comprehension and speed, creativity, ability to sustain more complex arguments, increased ease of memorisation, increased ability to extract relevant information from sources, mental clarity and greater problem solving abilities.
